It's been sine 1957-60 that WSU has a player named Elbert. Elbert Urban was 6th man in 57-58 and averaged 7.3 ppg; started in 58-59 scoring 10.6; wasn't listed in Fact Book for 59-60, but Gene Wiley was starting as sophomore. Urban was preety nine player.
