  • John Edwards -- Wing, Class of 2013

Per Twitter, WSU is looking at 2013 wing John Edwards, a 6-6 wing from Davidson, N.C., who currently plays prep ball at Brewster Academy. I don't believe he is closely related to the disgraced former N.C. Senator of the same name. Various sources have Clemson, NC State, Providence, St. Joe's, URI, Winthrop and UNC-Greensboro in the mix, with offers from the latter three.
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

Edwards was a teammate of Henry Uwadiae last year at United Faith Christian Academy. He missed some playing time with a strained meniscus in a knee. Brewster is a very strong team with two blue chippers, Mitch McGary and T.J. Warren.

What color of 'chipper' is Mr. Edwards?

Not for sure but probably a strong player as he was a underclassman starter for United Faith until going down with an injury for the year. United Faith is a very good team also. He was in the starting lineup with two seniors who committed to Florida and Indiana.
