A 6-8 center at Ashley Hi in Willmington, N.C. has WSU, Virginia Tech, VCU, Georgia, Stanford, Wake Forest, Willmington and East Carolina recruiting him. His recruitment is still wide open. As a sophomore he averaged 9.2ppg and 6.7rpg.

Could have been a typo, as in WSU commitment Holland and TJ. That "s" is important.

I would maybe read this as "WSU commits Rian Holland." And & TJ Williams impressed w/NC-based..."

It could be a typo, I've asked for confirmation from Pulliam but haven't received a response.

If the interpretation above is correct, TMH, he's saying they could be two separate statements:

1. WSU commits Rian Holland (not plural, just making the sentence agree internally -- if you're announcing a commitment, you wouldn't say, "WSU commit Rian Holland," unless you're speaking Ebonics or maybe Canadian / European English in which a team's name is treated as plural).

2. & T.J. Williams (6'7 PF) impressed...

That would be quite a stretch, though, because in this interpretation, it should be "Rian Holland commits (to) WSU" instead of the other way around. So, even allowing for Twitter compression and weirdness, the typo is the more logical explanation -- either that, or Williams really has committed to WSU, although the latter possibility would raise the question why the word hasn't somehow leaked out yet from anyone except Pulliam.
