The Shockers are interested in Charles Buggs, a 6-8 PF taking a prep year at Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia. He is originally from Arlington, Texas where he graduated with a 3.7 gpa. He has an offer from Minnesota and interest from many. He's mentioned going to other schools for a visit (WSU not included) but hasn't set dates. I don't believe he is close to a decision.
