Bell is a 6-3 SG from Memphis, Tennessee (Bartlett). It's been reported that he plans to wait until the late period to make a decision. Known offers include Arkansas, Auburn, Tulsa and Kent State. He is a Rivals' 3 star.

This guy scores and can knock em down from deep. I believe he was around 25 ppg last year. One of Memphis' best. Florida State was recently involved but guess they dropped out.
