    Marquise Kennedy 6'1 PG 2019 to Loyola

    Wichita State has offered 6'1 Marquise Kennedy from Chicago. Marquise has picked up recent offers from Illinois State, St. Bonaventure, Tulsa, Loyola-Chicago, Bradley, Towson, UNC-Greensboro, Hofstra, and Northeastern. Marquise played for Illinois Wolves on the Under Armour circuit.

          I am sure the latest slew of offers is coming on the heels of watching these young men in person at the many NCAA Certified Evaluation Events that have been held over the last 3 weekends of July. Today and tomorrow are dead periods then August 1 through September 8 is a quiet period. Followed by a long full recruiting period from September 9th through March 31st interrupted only by a couple of short dead preriods in November and December.

              Marquise OV to Wichita is supposed to start tomorrow. Haven't seen confirmation whether that is still happening or not.

                    Marquise to Loyola. Doubt we needed another point guard after Noah's commitment yesterday. Don't blame Marquise one bit for choosing Porter Moser over Dan Muller. One NCAA tournament is better than none.

                      Great pickup for Loyola. Hopefully their Final Four run supercharges their recruiting.
