I can't find any reason to feel real good about getting either Green or Harris. However, I do think both will have they mind made up before the Shockers leave on Saturday. Probably doesn't matter much however. The coaches will have a phone with them.

Two more recent tweets from Green:

Some of these coaches are so convincing.. They could sell you a car without an engine
      28 Jul
Presumably referring to either the SDSU and/or Long Beach coaches.

Early morning to you. On my way to Wichita St... This is definitely gonna be my last recruitment trip

That sounds like we could know what his plans are before they leave for Brazil.

Its been reported that he will announce his decision on August 5th, the day he graduates from LSU.

Here is an article mentioning he is at Wichita State today.

The recruitment process is coming to a close for Garrett Green, who announced he would leave Louisiana State to play his final season elsewhere on July 18. In the 16 days since that announcement it’s been a whirlwind for Green, ...

Its also 81 in San Diego today with a beach close by. Its 96 here, in the hottest, driest summer in 30 years. Mother nature isn't helping our recruitment right now.

Trust me, he won't think too much of it.

After all, he lives in Baton Rouge. He knows hot. (I used to live there.)

If a desirable location had any significant weight to his decision of which schools to visit then Wichita State would not be on that list.

The fact that he is at least taking the time to visit tells me that it isn't that high up on his list in the first place. He is from California, he isn't going to come back from a trip out west and be overwhelmed by the wonder of it all.

Not saying it won't have a factor in it but given that he is still visiting here after being out west I have confidence he is going to give Wichita State a fair look.

I was making more of a joke of the heat than anything, but coming from San Diego here has to be a downer, weather related that is.

The most optimistic I can be is that he's still uncommitted and WSU gets the last word. It's not uncommon for the last visit to be cancelled because a commitment was made on an earlier visit to another school.

It appears that Marshall and Jans are real good salesmen and they get to make the last sales pitch so you can never tell.
