He was an exciting prospect but obviously needed more development time otherwise he'd be signing with a major. Definitely not the "top 50" recruit media types were attempting to purport him as. ISUr will likely have a very nice player on their hands in a year or so. Hopefully they can make the Dance on his back...

So the kid gets acclimated to Div I (I'm being kind to the MVC here) basketball, develops a bit more of a skill set, and then transfers to a major program for his junior/senior years. Do I have this right?!

It's certainly happened to them before. Maybe this one will remain more committed being a foreign player and barely speaking English. I'm assuming the 'Turds have a nice community of foreign exchange students from Senegal on their campus? Why else would he choose that school?

Sometimes I’m dissapointed when a recruit goes elsewhere, however this isn’t one of those times. Best of luck to the young man. He should get a lot of PT at ISUr. My crystal balls are still intact.
