He should do very well at the D-II level. Fort Hays State or Emporia State might be good landing spots for him. Maybe Metroplitan State in Denver.

Except he has to sit out year and has already redshirted so unless they received a waiver he would only have 2 more years on his 5 year clock if he had to sit out a year.

Would he have to sit out under the new transfer rule? I believe WSU is the only school he's attended.
