I did ask Coach about an hour ago if he had said anything about Henry hurting his leg and not playing. He looked baffled and said no, he recalled nothing like that.
I did not ask about another Coach's show, but I am certain that those are over until this fall.
Wonderful banquet tonight. Great group of young men, great staff, great administration.

The pork roast, green beans, pasta veggie dish, salad , roll and dessert were A-OK.
Sat with Randall Vautravers. Quite an impressive young man. Said he wanted to go where somewhere that was close to home and where he could play, even knowing it might not be a lot of minutes. Other than trying to pad his shooting stats in limited opportunities, I don't remember that he hurt the team when on the floor -- rebounds and scraps.
Wish Garrett could have enjoyed this, but I'm certain he'll watch the video of the entire event.
Good luck to all the seniors."I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

As always, it was great fun talking with all the players after it was all over. They're a really great group.

The seniors did a great job speaking and Bob Hull was excellent as MC. We all missed Mike Kennedy, but Bob is certainly a tremendous replacement. The assistants did a fine job in giving out the awards.

Uwadiae is #30 in this ranking of SC/NC prep players in the class of 2012. For comparison Carlton Ford is another NC player we have a thread on and he committed to Murry State. They have him ranked #29. Aaron Scales is listed outside the top 100.
