Providence and Wake Forest coaches have recently been over to Canarias Basketball Academy to recruit. I don't know about the Shocker staff. If we haven't PC and WF probably have a leg up on this guy if we don't have a very good connection.
With Europeans you have to be concerned about their NCAA eligibility, especially making sure they haven't played professionally. There's a lot of talent over there. I'm wondering if this interest is due to a special contact or Europe is becoming a normal recruiting ground for the Shockers as it has for PC and Wake Forest.
