Josh Swan, a 6-3 combo guard from Pace Academy in Atlanta had a scheduled visit set with the Shockers and SMU. However, he has verballed to Southern Illinois. He is a Rival's 3 star.

I doubt if SIU can afford to buy him out next year either. I think it's at 2.2 million this year.

I was under the impression they could dump him after next year without penalty, I guess I was wrong.
