Ho hum, Dustin Garza wins again. (spoken in the Ben Stien tone)

Dustin fired a pair of 67s to take the lead Monday and followed that up with a 71 to finish 3 clear of the field at -11.

The Shocks won the tourney at -17.

It wasn't a very strong field of 13. San Diego finished 2nd, Fresno State and Kansas State finished tied for 4th & Arizona 6th.

The Shocker freshman continue to shine.

Coach Jones has built a super team that could get to nationals again in the spring. With Dustin and Connor leading the way, the Shocks are dangerous.

Dustin named GolfWeek's National Player of the Week for his performance at the WolfPack Invitational.

WICHITA -- Senior Dustin Garza continues to capitalize on his fall season success as GolfWeek named Garza its Player of the Week on Monday.

Looking at the golf schedule, I don't think it is by accident that the team travels to UT-Chattanooga in 2 weeks, ostensibly in preparation for next summer's NCAA Championship.

That's called scheduling with a purpose. (Hint)
