No, but every kid on that list is apparently hungry and humble.

They must wake up to Jon Rothstein's twitter, every morning.

That's not how it's gonna work. The kids on that list will be neither humble or hungry. When you're anointed when you're 10, you grow up knowing you're on "the list". That doesn't lead to any hunger or humility. The kids not on that list might have some hunger. They're going to work to get on that list. A 10-year-old doesn't have the maturity to realize they have to put out some effort to stay on "the list".

Take a kid who's been on that list for 7 years and a recruiter better be mighty careful. Some will have a motor and some motivation. Others are just looking for a paycheck and they don't need to listen to anyone other than those who tell them how much money they're going to make.

Kelly Oubre was on "the list". He didn't have to go after a loose ball to make it into The League. Zach Brown wasn't on "the list". Say what you want about Brown had a running start. Do you think Brown gets that ball if it's the less athletic (than Oubre) Evan Wessel going after that loose ball instead of Oubre?
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

If Evan Wessel is going after the ball, it can't really even be considered a loose ball anymore. It's contained.

Like the Dos Equis commericial: When Evan Wessel goes after a 50/50 loose ball, the odds are 80/20 in his favor.

Uh, no. That wasn't what I was referring to at all. Nearly every high level basketball recruit has some variation of "humble and hungry" on their social media sites. Has nothing to do with a separate thread.

RoyalShock got the joke. Props to him.

Both I guess now that you mentioned it.

I believe Marshall made a postgame(or some such) comment last season that if a ball got below head level he would take Evan Wessel over all 9 other guys to come up with that ball.
