Well, we've posted a number of -12. Currently tied for 5th. Virginia and/or Georgia Tech faltering would help. No longer in our hands.

Virginia's #1 guy did bogey 18, however he was tied for their high score of the day before that so it had no impact.

Doesn't look like it is going to break the Shocks way. Virginia is in at 10-over and Georgia Tech has dropped to 9-over. Unlikely that Georgia Tech will drop 3 shots over their final 6 holes.

It also looks like Grant Bennett missed a shot at qualifying as the low individual outside the top 5 teams by 1 stroke.

Interesting how LCB was 7 over on the par 5 3rd hole this weekend. Sometimes a hole just gets in your head.

Louis Cohen Boyer has a had a very good career as a Shocker. However, his inability to negotiate the 558 yard, par 5 3rd hole in this tournament may have been the difference between the Shocks advancing as opposed to falling just short.

LCB played this hole in 7-over par over 3 rounds. Very uncharacteristic for him.

Nevertheless, LCB still had a very solid tournament finishing at 1-over (meaning he played the other 51 holes in 6-under) and all-in-all the Shockers had a very solid tournament and they gave it a helluva an effort in today's final round.

The Shocks were seeded 12th out of the 13 teams in this regional so while just missing advancing to the National Tournament was disappointing there effort and overall performance was not.
