I saw he is a coach with the Wichita Defenders high school team. They play their home games at the South Y Farha Center.

Finally had the chance to meet him over christmas break when I took my son to his fundamental camp at the Y. Really nice and had a great rapport with the kids.

I want to sign my son up for his academy but I just cant afford it right now.

Watched Jason coach the Defenders several times last year. His excellent feel for the game has carried over to his coaching. He is also great with the kids and can teach all aspects of the game.

Probably because, not only did he know all aspects of the game, but play all positions.

Jason is one of my favorite all time players. He really understood how to play the game. I always felt bad that he didn't get to play on one of our good teams. He would have made them better.

Jason Perez was awesome! Never forget the last second shot to win against SIU I think. From my vantage point it looked to be about half way between the half court line and the top of the key. Shoots it, keeps his hand in the air and just keeps running into the tunnel. Ball game, goodnight folks! Awesome.
