It's not better when the video won't even stream for 5 seconds without freezing. Why can't they just up the power a littel bit so that the video will stream correctly?

This sounds like Work! It's internet that is causing the issue. I always say if it is important don't do it on the internt.

Internet on this end was not an issue. No other alternative when you live outside of Kansas.

SV just needs to upgrade the strength of their feed.

I take it you guys are not too computer literate. Some of the reason for the freeze up can be because you might not have enough 'main memory' in your computer. Secondly, most holdups are caused by what is called a
'buffer file'. Buffer files have limitations because you are running a 16 bit machine. Buffer files are what transfer blocks of information to main memory so it can be executed (or played).
