I will admit, when MT left for a&m and marshall came here, I thought we were getting the better coach, and that may someday be true, but a&m is #10 in the nation and this was a dissappointing loss in what is turning in to a dissappointing season. We don't seem to be able to get the big win.

When a team has it's best offensive game of the season against you, maybe you aren't a good defensive team!

At this point, we can't expect to win at MSU and UNI. We will probably split at best with ISU blue. Looks like we on the way to a 5 or 6 loss MVC record.

I don't want to see this team in the NIT. I think it hurts recruiting if we keep missing the big dance. And with P. Ellis decision coming up soon, this is a big year to make a statement imo.

Not a fair comparison. TX A&M will always out-recruit us. The benefits of being a major university in TX and affiliated with a BCS Conference.

I don't know about that. Not sure how we match up against ISU since I haven't seen them play, but every game from here on out is a must win.

Does anyone know of what our win-loss record is in games that Paul Jansen officiates? Seems like we can't get our share of the "iffy" calls with him.

It just seems that everytime I see him in one of our games the outcome is never good for us.

Why can't we get some slow "unathletic white guys" so we can win? ;-) I see we lost the battle of the "tats" as well.

Except that a&m has ZERO basektball tradition and did nothing until gillespie got there. Who here honestly thougth mt could keep them in the national picture, they had never been there in the last 50 years
