After stating that I thought BU was the worst team in the Valley, I went ahead ranked the whole league.

After seeing all of the teams play at least once, This is my opinion on where the teams rank (1-BEST TEAM, 10- WORST TEAM):
    1. WSU
    2. SWOMO
    3. CREIGHTON
    4. INDY ST
    5. UNI
    6.SIU
    7. UE
    8. DRAKE
    9. ILLINOIS ST
    10. BRADLEY

I don't think I would rate Creighton 3rd. Didn't Indy State just beat them in overtime?

Indiana St beat CU by 2 with a buzzer beater in regulation today. But the game was in Indiana.

I would agree that CU is probably the better team. I would imagine CU will win a little easier in Omaha than Indy St won today at their place.

But I think the 2 teams are probably pretty even and can't really disagree much with either one of you.

But no problem with WSU first?

I agree. That is why I am pretty confident that we will beat them in Springfield.
              Confident?

Come on people. It's not just about depth. There are about a thousand things that go on with this game and basing them on one factor is a big mistake.
Yea it took easily our worst game of the year, and they still only beat us by 3. Believe they will get whats coming to them in Springdumb on Feb 26.
Do you think they had anything to do with it being our worst game of the year?

I sure hope you're right, but I wouldn't be throwing around the word "confident" when going in there on senior night for a win.

Not really. The only problem is trying to see a game where MOST will lose, so we can, at least, tie them for the lead. Right now, only the road games to Indy State and maybe to SIU are 2 possibilities for them to drop a game.

The above is other than us beating them on their home court.

I am one of those that like our chances of winning at Missouri St. They rely too heavily on 4 guys. They should be plenty tired by the last game of the season.

I do agree that Missouri St had something to do with our performance in that game (although they had nothing to do with us missing our FTs), I still think we are the better team. And we are certainly the much deeper team.

Missouri St had a lot of good luck to beat us by one basket. I don't think it will happen again.

We also go to Indy State and SIU and I'm not counting those as automatic wins. Don't forget they're already up on us at UNI and of course, the win at Koch.

We really need the Sucks to get em on Wednesday or I'm afraid we'll be playing for 2nd..

What makes you think that Mo State is unbeatable?

We beat Creighton by 14 they beat them by 12. We beat BU by 16 they beat them by 11. We killed Evansville by 30 they beat them by 15. We beat Illinois State by 14 they beat them by 11. We beat Tulsa, they lost.

It just sucks that the only game that Mo State is ahead is the win at Koch.

MSU will lose a game before we play them again. Maybe at Indy St or somewhere else unexpected. There just not that much better than everyone else, and some night the threes won't be falling and/or Weems gets in foul trouble, and they will fall. I would love for the last game of the season to us both at 16-1.

Maybe it’s just me; however I’ve always found it dangerous comparing scores and average margin of victory.

Well, technically they've proven they're unbeatable thus far. You can't really counter that.

Comparing scores is usually never a good argument. Get back to me after a road win in Frostbite Falls or one in Springpatch.
