I will be the first to admit I was concerned about this game. Note score prediction in earlier thread. I have become complacent about predictions that "this team" will push the ball year after year, head coach after head coach. Too often the Shox wind up playing the type of game and tempo that is dictated by the other team. We win but its not the style that we dictate. Last night was like nothing I have seen for years. The team played the entire time from start to finish. They were able to push the ball and finish. They defended, made good decisions, and looked comfortable in all phases of the game. If this is the team we have been promised and the team sees this game for what it was then there are very few teams that will want a piece of them.

After a loss, particularly a stinging loss, it takes awhile before most coaches become normalized again. I am pretty sure that Coach Simmons was in a pretty foul mood, after the game.
During the game, there were numerous times, when I thought he might go into cardiac arrest.
After a loss, Coach Turgeon was not a good interview for Mike Kennedy."Prediction is very difficult, especially if it is about the future."
