If you haven't seen it two Miss State teammates get in a fight at the Diamond Head Classic in Waikiki. There is absolutely no leadership on that Miss State team. What is worse is one of the players involved is the captain of the team.
Also none of the players step into break up the fight.
As the captain of my basketball team if anything like this happened on my team, which it wouldn't, then I wouldn't stand for it.
Someone needs to step up on that team.
It is painful to watch teams whether it be at the HS, College, or Pro level play without leadership. You can just tell by the way teams conduct themselves on the floor whether there is leadership from the players on the floor or not.
