It's time for the 2010/2011 Haiku contest!
The theme? Wichita State Men's Basketball of course!
The last two years I posted this when we were in a down cycle -- this year I'm posting it after that awesome win at Tulsa!
What's a Haiku? In its simple form, it's a short poem with only three lines. The first line has five syllables, the second line has seven syllables, and the third line has five syllables.
Suggested rules:
1) Must relate in some way to WSU Men's Basketball (or basketball in general)
2) These can be funny, serious, or anything in between!
3) One haiku per post (makes it easier to comment/track them)
4) Post as many as you like
5) Titles are allowed (and recommended)
Here is an example (a terrible example, but just something to show what they look like):
Tulsa had a chance
I went Wu Wu in my pants
Going to the dance
Reminder:
5 syllables
7 syllables
5 syllables
When this has run its course someone set up a poll for which ones are the best.
