This is one of my favorite paragraphs from the column: Frankly, I think any series with the state's upper crust would be good. But then, I have nothing to lose. K-State could do it, given Frank Martin's inclination to play virtually anyone. Any desire for KU depends on whether its new athletic administration realizes the western edge of Kansas is not the K-10 interchange on the turnpike.
