Please explain how me and my bro-in law family got put in two different sections. We bought season tickets the same time and in the same section next to each other. Not sure I see the logic, but I really don't think they thought it through.

If there was a tie in priority points, which I'm guessing there were lots, I assume it then defaulted to alphabetical order.

I agree that they probably didn't think it through too well.

This game is gonna be a new experience for everyone. It's our first off-campus home game (not counting Coliseum crap) in 50 years. It should be exciting to seem them at the new digs for a game. I realize you want to have a similar view to your seats at Koch. But again, this is not our home court. It's not gonna be exactly the same. We should accustom ourselves to a little bit of change. You're still gonna see Shocker basketball. Maybe, it's not gonna be exactly like at Koch, but you're still gonna see it.

ShockFever, since you seem to be the most vocal of the "shut your pie-hole and quit whining" crowd...

...How does your season ticket in CKA compare to the seat you got in IBA?

What's your lifetime contribution to SASO? Maybe that might help explain why you have no problem with the tickets at IBA. Maybe you've donated $50K to SASO and got a great ticket.

You don't need to answer all my questions. That would be an invasion of your privacy. Just tell us all what seat you got at IBA and I'll leave it at that.

Aargh, I think some of the whining is justified. Please let the ticket office know your concerns. I encourage everyone who feels what they got screwed to voice it over to the athletic department. Again though, there is no flawlessness going into something that, quite frankly, hasn't been done before by our basketball department. I think there were some mishits and some singles to left.

Also, shouldn't we wait until after the game has occurred to cry fowl over this? We already know it's too late to do anything about it now so let's wait until you actually experience your "screwing" before we blow gaskets.

My season ticket in CKA is vaguely similar. It'll be a lot higher up, that's for damn sure.

My lifetime contribution to SASO is not high. I've only been a season ticket holder since the renovations to Koch were complete and was fresh out of school.

I'm about halfway up in section 215. It will be a more elevated view of the Shocks. However, I will be there. And I will be able to see them and take in a new experience with an additional 5,000 of my closest Shocker friends.

I guess one other thing to remember is the screwball "innovative" setup of IBA with the luxury suites stacked on one side means the between-the-goals upper deck seats are limited to one side. If the upper deck went all the way around, keeping season ticket holders between the baselines would have been MUCH easier. If any IBA luxury suite holder or loge box holder won't be using their swanky digs for the Tulsa game, I'd be glad to occupy it for you! Maybe I should give Charlie Chandler a call...

Fever, it sounds like I'm similar to you as to duration as a season ticket holder and SASO contributor, but you must be in a higher bracket than me. I'm in 213 row R for the Tulsa game. I could live with the 213 (kind of corner-ish) better if I wasn't so far up.
