Speaking of beer, I always wondered why a beer called shock top had a logo with an orange with wheat hair.

I mean I got the association of wheat, orange and a hef, but why was it called shock top. Then I saw your logo and I knew there had to be some connection.

A short google session and a history lesson later, now it all makes sense. I will now bore my friends(as I am boring you now) with this trivia next time some one orders a beer.
Make sure you work it up in your best Cliff Clavin (Cheers) voice. He was the fount of all useless knowledge.

"Well you see, Norm, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo and when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive drinking of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

So is this the reason women start looking better after a few beers and it gets closer to closing time? I will stick with my tried and true course of action....go ugly early and avoid the rush at midnight.

                        A true professional. A 4 at 10 is better than a 2 at midnight.

                          Fried

Don't know about grilled beer, but someone in Texas -- maybe at the State Fair, where you can get fried almost anything -- has devised fried beer.

I watched the uconn game and was very impressed and couldn't help but notice that our teams seem very similar, both teams are deep and full of athletes. I think this one just comes down to who brings their A game and who dosnt.

For those of you coming to the game, feel free to PM if you have any questions about what to do, where to eat ect. Also some friendly advice, dont park next to Viejas. Park on the other side of campus in PS6 and use the visitor parking machine, its cheaper and you wont get stuck in the traffic jam. Better yet park for free and take the trolly(light rail) there is a station on campus and its a 2 min walk to the arena tops.

Good luck to you guys the rest of the season! (effective sunday)

Well done sir. Welcome and thanks for sharing your insight. I too wish you well down the road.
