I would absolutely love to have Noel. He looks just like Cheese.

I think a year with Kerry would do wonders for Noel while he sits out his post-transfer year.

I wonder if he has talked to Earl Grant about it?

Perhaps there is a reason he is not playing much. The apple doesn't always fall close to the tree.

Very true. However, I would trust HCGM and staff to make that evaluation.

Recently, transfers from bigger named schools have worked out better than not so big a name. Marquette and Illinois verus St. Bonny and Colorado St, although, East Carolina has woked very well.

This would also be a special case situation. In the end, Noel may still prefer going to another BCS school where he can more readly get playing time than like Clemson because of upper classmen ahead of him. DePaul has been mentioned. He may also not want the added pressure of being compared to his father. Personally, I think WSU would be a great fit, plus, unlike DePaul, a better chance of conference success and going dancing.

If you put any stock into the opinions of a few Clemson fans, Cheese is a high-maintenance parent who blames everyone but Noel for his lack of success.

Noel has a lot of deficiencies in his game, particularly on defense.

I'm sure some salt needs to be sprinkled on that, but it does bring up some red flags.
