Meanwhile, out of frustration with Shockervision, I subscribed to Rodingo for live stream. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the game. I think I will ask for money back tomorrow. :(Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive. (Mt 21:22)

I'm sorry, but this is crap. I go to the games, but we have loyal Shocker fans all over the nation, those who cannot afford or get to the games for various reasons, but want to follow and support WSU and this is what they get for it. Nuts!!!!
If they can't do better and/or give refunds for very poor service, maybe President Beggs should set ADES's tush down in front of a computer screen and say this is how you're gone watch the games until it's fix.
I don't even have to watch it and I'm PO'd about about it. You guys need to continue to e-mail ADES and if that doesn't get things to change and/or refunds when it doesn't work well, e-mail Beggs. don.beggs@wichita.edu

I called jump-tv immediately tonight - they offered a full refund, but not a partial. I would have liked a partial refund for the UMKC game, but they would only offer the whole season refund (which, I guess, is better than nothing). Mr. Sexton, and the Sr. Associate AD Daron Boatright, insist in their emails that they are looking into the situation. They state that they feel the problems are an embarrasment to the department, and they will get them corrected. Time will tell.

However, only good numbers of everyone having (or had if they no longer use it) the problems e-mail in so that the AD department will know the extent of the displeasure and will move it higher up the list in things that need to be addressed, sooner, rather than later.

While I do not subscribe to Shocker Vision, I did my part in voicing concern to AD Sexton.
