I sent an email to the contact on Go Shockers, but have yet to receive a reply. I looked for an email just for the administration, however, I was unable to find one. Does someone have an address for them? There's nothing worse than offering a service/product that's done half way just to be doing it. Either allocate the necessary resources, expertise, equipment, etc. to make it first class or get out of the business.

sent an email from the shockervision.tv contact page. Got the follwing response:
Request Description:During the UMKC game, the feed suffered from continual "freezing" and "stuttering." I quick check in with the WSU message board found this to be a very common occurence during this game and not limited to my area.
additonally, the inmage scales poorly when going to full screen on my laptop. What would it take to allow a better feed to allow proper scaling?
Thank you,
Hugh Graham

The tech first suggested that something was probably wrong with my connection. I mentioned that several others spread throughout the US were having idetical issues.
He then went into a log, or chat backup, and found some notes to the effect that they had a "buffering" issuse and that t/s tried several times to contact the appropriate person at WSU, but that the WSU contact never repsonded. I asked if this was a "preventable" problem, and he said "no." Said we should not have the problem again and that if I did to call again.
the t/s person seemed to indicate that they have had frustrating experiences with WSU on this deal.

OK, I just emailed Mr. Sexton conerning this matter.
"Mr. Sexton,
I would like your assistance in resolving an issue with Shockervision. I am a yearly subscriber to this product, but the quality is not keeping up with the times.
For the UMKC game Monday night, the broadcast "froze" at least every 30 seconds; then, it would be completely off for a couple of minutes. I did not get to watch this game that I had paid for with my yearly subscription. Eventually, I just switched over to the radio broadcast.
With season tickets selling out as they are, Shockervision will continue to become increasingly important for getting the WSU product out to the public. The whole operation needs to be looked at from a technological standpoint to see what improvements can be made.
Last season, I watched some of the Three Rivers Juco games (where EO was at) over the internet. This service was provided FREE by the university, and the quality of the broadcast was much better than Shockervision. It can be done.
There are a lot of out of state and out of city people that subscribe (or would subscribe) to a high quality broadcast of Shockervision, and I would think we would like to head that direction.
I would appreciate a refund (of a scaled down amount) for the UMKC game to subscribers - it was totally unwatchable.
Thanks for your interest in bringing high quality athletics and technology to WSU."

Frustrating with Shockervision, I surfed for other PAID SITES that offer live stream. There are many. I guess some of them may be scams. Any thought? Suggestion? Advice?

There is always at lest one game a year that is unwatchable. I remember watching the Volleyball team playing at the Iowa State regional and thinking how increadible that feed was. Why can't we do that?
We should start a campaign now to make sure that the Tulsa game in IBA will be on Shockervision. I want to see that game.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. The entire game production system has seriously gone down hill ever since the administration change.. more notably the last year.
We had the SHOCKER CHANNEL before Schaus got rid of it. We could watch all of the home games with good quality on a regular TV. Now we have to watch a blurry game on a little screen on the computer.
Shockervision has improved since it first was started, but it still is not very good.
