Coach Marshall liked the way we pushed the ball and defended. Michigan State only out-rebounded them by 5 versus our 20 RB advantage today. Yesterday, Coach said we did not defend at all 2nd half. The whistle was fair today and we have alot of talent and depth Coach said. Today Coach liked our passing game and team-work. Kyles has been dynamite and Coach says he is oozing with talent and raw potential on both sides of the court and the transition game. The Men from Texas stepped up (Kyles and JT) and Coach does NOT want another win opportunity slipping through our fingers. Shocks shot 41% including 1-5 from JT and misses by D-Will and Derek Brown from behind the arc.
Exclude those guys and the rest of the guys knocked down 50% of their treys.
As ShockTalk noted JT needs to play to his strengths and leave the 3-ball to his teammates. I don't mind the occassional 3 from JT but it needs to be within the flow of a good offensive possession.Comment
