I thought the Shox would win but going against a team who shot 43 free throws is tough. UConn will not finish 10th as predicted in their conferece. I figure 7th or 8th.

You can't defend him because you get fouls called on you every time you look at someone funny. Can someone from the officiating crew look me in the eye and tell me that a team full of freshman was far more disciplined to the tune of about a 50-12 free throw differential? I think not.

Blame the refs all you want, but they lost because they refused to double walker. Walker is their scorer, why not make someone else score for them.

and that would of stopped the foul calls....COME ON MAN

You never know. I do know that one guy guarding him while the rest of the guys just let him run through the lane resulted in 2 points everytime.

The bad thing is, that this probably won't even be considered a "good" loss. Since UCONN will probably finish in the bottom 1/4 of the Big East and will be going to the NIT.

So with that logic, then had we won, it would not have been considered a 'good win' since UCONN is a lower tier Big East team. That's great, the almighty WSU Shox who bring a wealth of experience and size can't even beat a young lower tier Big East team.
