Listening to Games on iPhone

Last year, I listened to games on my iPhone on an app called FStream. It gave you live 1330 coverage. The other night, I downloaded the KNSS app, but it was delayed by about a minute. Can anyone tell me how to get live coverage via iPhone? I've lost the FStream info. Thanks.
