NCAA rules prohibit any spectators. University must ensure the scrimmage is free from public view and media are not in attendance.

Would be fun to watch, but I still don't know how you "win" or lose a scrimmage.

Well unfortunately, you can't. Nobody can. At least no ordinary nobody. The staff has always been very tight lipped about the scrimmages as well, keeping to the letter of the rules regarding the scrimmages.

We'll get a tidbit here and there, but that's about it.

I normally don't agree with you; however I'll side with you here...

Thanks for laying the law. I'm pretty sure the original poster was being sarcastic.

Your last sentence is spoken of a fan of a team who got their ass handed to them in a scrimmage.

Nice shot at originality kevkan. Just remember, you're the Kitten fan on a Shocker message board, caring about what we think about a scrimmage in which your team got toasted in. Just keep reminding yourself of that.

I will accept that the "kittens" were horrible last year. I admit, Shockers were awesome. I will hope my "kittens" do better this year, as I am sure you hope your Shockers remain just as awesome as they were last year.

Oh, and more congrats are due you and your beloved Bison! They may have gotten hammered on Homecoming by that powerhouse Western Illinois, but props to them for at least having a homecoming. Its so easy for schools, like your NDSU Bison, to just fold their tent, and quit. I guess "fan apathy" is not a problem for NDSU. Of course they have the luxury of being located in a city of 95,000 people and a metro area of 200,000. How could a football program fail with that population to draw upon... Unless no one cared.

You have a bit too much time on your hands kevkan.

Let me ask you this: Why is it on kansas.com do you constantly complain about trolls and other fan bases posting on your articles, yet you come on to an opposing message board and troll here? Does that make sense? Do you appear to be a hypocrite? You just aren't saving any face when you take your kansas.com obsession to this message board and follow me here. Not only that, you're not bringing anything to the table here. You're just getting repeatedly beaten down. Hey, if that's what you like, then so be it.

I didn't realize you were such a big fan of I-AA football. But then again, when your program is similar to that status, I guess it makes sense. It's a shame not all of us get national tv games in front of millions of people and pee down our legs in a matter of minutes. I envy those types of programs!

Your second sentence doesn't make a bit of sense. If that were true, you would have never joined this board in the first place. You wouldn't care what I or other Shocker fans think about your beloved Kittens. Clean out your colon and come clean. Don't stay stuff you don't mean in an attempt to save face. Just admit that you are obsessed with me, WSU, its fans, etc. and move the hell on into the Aggie Tech sunset.

I used to keep up with the boards for KU and KSU. I didn't post much because my thoughts, opinions, and contributions weren't needed and weren't really going to contribute to the conversation.

At that time, I thought I was retired and I had a lot of time on my hands. Then my house made a request for some funds and I had to become un-retired.

Once I got a job, I didn't have time to go to other school's boards.

I realize that some people develop addictions to message boards and seeing their words in print that anyone IN THE WHOLE WORLD can see. Those people get a lot of self-gratification from seeing their own words on the Net. For them, posting on the Net is a replacement for other forms of gratification they are unable to achieve.

The other posters on the boards they normally visit soon become tired of their posts, and begin ignoring them, which eliminates the gratification they had received. Then they travel to the boards of other teams to see if they can rekindle the satisfaction they strive to achieve.

Kevkan, welcome to ShockerNet. No, I'd rather not shake your hand.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.
