    Why is that?
Because he doesn't want to have his a$$ handed to him by his former assistant?

Boyle did a miracle at NCol. That program was divisional D1 when he got there and the players were left from the D2 days. If he's now taking Colordo from a laughingstock to NCAA bubble in his first year - that's another miracle.

I have a feeling Turgeon is thrilled to see Colorado moving to the PAC-10 or 12.
Tad also had to clean out a criminal element that dominated the NC players. It was a complete house cleaning. Then he built a good foundation.

I am happy for Tad Boyle. His old team is rising as well and he did NOT leave the cupboard bare. When Tad was here, I felt he was instrumental in some of the key recruitments here of players that were difference makers for us. He is also a down-to-earth cool and rising star in the Coaching ranks as K-State witnessed first hand thrice. :D Since K-State would never dare play us, maybe Colorado would? Yikes!!!!!!!

I'm watching the highlights of CU-KSU and am totally impressed by Andre Roberson.

I know we were on his short-list, but the kid played 31 minutes in the Big 12 tournament as a true freshman.

11 points and 14 boards against the Cats is impressive.

Colorado should get in. However, with K-State taking such an early exit in the tournament, and having such an up and down Season, will they get in? Beating KU and Texas was huge, but is that enough?

No question. Cats are in comfortably, probably a 6 or 7 seed.

Mo State will probably be in the NIT or are there bubble games pending that could make a difference? Just curious.

I think it'd take a perfect storm of miracles to get SWOMO in the NCAA

I guess DOFO forgot to tell the committee.

There is no way a team with a rpi of 65 will ever be a LOCK. I tought they had a good chance of getting in, but when your rpi is that bad you are always going to be on the bubble.

With a 325 non con SOS and a .500 league record, at least there is a little justice in the world

It sounds like Colorado plays good against the good teams, but not so good otherwise.

That sounds like WSU. We can play tough against UConn, but can't beat SIU at home or ISU in the MVC tourney.

So, BracketBusters haters, how about that? Do you think that road win over WSU might have helped them a bit, just as George Mason's win here did five years ago?

Once again, we see that the Shocks' big problem with BracketBusters is simply the inability to win. (And yes, I still believe the foul on Ragland was bogus.) I'm no great Doug Elgin admirer, but there's nothing wrong with his pet event -- just with WSU does with it. Here it keeps giving WSU a chance for a good win that might improve a marginal resume, and the Shocks keep giving it away instead. Very frustrating, but no one's fault except their own.
