    Saturday, October 16
Shocker Cancer Walk - 3 PM
Volleyball vs. Evansville - 5 PM
    Men's and women's scrimmages - after volleyball - around 7
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Where did you get this information. I was told it was regular prices.

I'm in the Cancer Walk - All I know about admissions is that participants in the Cancer Walk get free admission to both the volleyball game and Shocker Madness.

Join me on the walk and then you don't need to worry about whether VB is free. I'll bump the thread with the sign up info.

Thanks, that explains it clearly. I just didn't want a bunch of PO'd Shocker fans thinking it was free and showing up and being hit with $6 per.

Aargh, I am planning on being there. Right now they are forecasting mostly sunny and 80 degrees. I walked last year and had a good time. I always enjoy walking the campus.

HCGM and HCJA will lead the way along with their staffs and teams. A good chance to interact with the basketball teams.

I would be nice if this could be on Shockervision for those of us that cannot make it...kind of a "trial run" to make sure they are ready to roll for the season. :)

I was assuming it would be on shockervision...am I wrong?

I called the ticket office today and the three people I talked to said it would not be on Shockervision. It has been in the past. :(

Either way, I'm stoked for this season.

I'm about this close to creating a thread regarding the marketing department of our university. It has taken a serious hit and I think a lot of us are getting a bit t'ed by it. :-x

Contacted athletic departmet via email and was told the same thing with no reasoning. I did ask for an explanation. We'll see if one is forthcoming. If the cameras are rolling for the volleyball match why wouldn't they just keep em rolling?
