    Just popped in to see what was being said about the new site. The guy running the site waited a little longer (maybe two or so days) to let CU and WSU fans know about the site. Just trying to get other teams posting before CU and WSU fans were brought in. I think it worked out okay the way he did it. Very surprising amount of posting for a new Valley site...many have tried offshoot sites w/out success. There's been some decent discussions and it's been fairly civil...

    I'll agree that there has been a little bit of a Indy St love fest but that was from a overzealous fan (dgreenwell) and a high school kid (jlandrus23)...while the Syc's may be feisty this coming season, I'm not sure they'll hang w/ the top of the league.

    The site has some potential...I think DUbulldog may end up being a moderator and I may be one as well. I think he's going to have a few more as well...just waiting to get more posters and seeing how certain guys post before finding more. He'd like to get rep's from each fan base if possible to moderate.
    Who goes to a WSU pep rally in a green jacket when the opposition's colors are green and yellow? I did (but not on purpose...I did have my Creighton shirt on underneath.) I did meet Antoine Carr though!!

          ISASO has no shot at MOD. I've had exactly 50% of my posts deleted, and I've had a warning. And I think I'm pretty tame, I just feel the need to clarify a point or 2 when UE fan starts talking about anything but last place or ISUB fan starts talking about multiple NBA rostermen.

          At best it will be boring. You have to allow a little discourse but the MOD has a quick trigger to say the least.

                        I bet they exceeded bandwidth or system resource limits on their account. That's why VT went to a dedicated server two years ago.

                        UPDATE: A post from the admin on another board says it should be back up this morning. He didn't give a reason but said his webhost has made it a top priority to get it back up.

                          I was just told by the person running the site that it would be 3 or 4 hours and it will be back up. Slight mistake in using the Valley emblem on the main page...that is being addressed and it should be up and running soon.

                            Wow. So the MVC (or their licensing firm) sent a take-down notice to the webhost?

                            A message to the site admin would probably have sufficed. But that's the new trademark/copyright world we live in.
