Our fans truely are the BEST!

Anyone who watched the games yesterday could see we by far traveled the best. In our game against Baylor it looked like 200 - 300 WSU fans vs 10 - 20 Baylor fans. Didn't really seem to be all that many fans from any of the other schools. Greg Marshall said our fans out number any other schools there 6 to 1.

That wouldn't surprise me. Most of them seem to be pulling for us and I'd guess most of us are pulling for them to continue to do well.

Nels Hawkinson, executive director of Basketball Travelers, estimates between 250-300 WSU fans are in St. Thomas for the Paradise Jam. That's the most from any school in the history of either the men's or women's tournaments, according to Hawkinson. About 120 fans came on a 150-seat chartered jet with the team, coaches and athletic department officials.
