When are the guys gonna be here for the summer. Anybody seen Ben Smith, Orukpe, our new Point Guard?????

A bone please... or a bone fragment. :)

Here's a fragment: The first full summer school session starts June 7. My understanding is that the newcomers who aren't in town yet will be here for the start of classes. That means full pickup games might start as early as this week if they're not going already.
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

        Here's something I hadn't heard about...

We picked up a 6'8 245lb walk-on from Pitt State that went to Derby.

That's a lot of beef to practice against.

If you're quoting An Officer and a Gentleman, you probably would like a bone.

            Atul basketball news in June!

I noticed his bio shows him at 220 and the article lists him at 245. If he's actually gained 25 pounds, he's either really put on a lot of muscle or he's going to regret that weight gain about 10 minutes into his first practice.

              tw805,

Hey, that's funny, I don't care who ya are...but no, not that kind of a bone. Understand the sentiment though, and very funny.

The season is as psychologically desolate as a character in a Tolstoy novel or play. Case in point “Власть тьмы”

I know the upcoming season brings as much anticipation since...well I'm not quite sure.

I know anticipation was high after the Sweet 16 Run in 2006, but most knew losing PM would hurt.

With all the pieces in place for the this team, expectations are high and will probably go stratosphere before November finally gets here.

My suggestion - find something to do outside. Golf, fishing, take a trip out on the plains and shoot some prairie dogs.

Just do something, anything other than continue to stare at the screen hoping for a tidbit of info from CKA.

                    Happy Summer! 8)
Above all, make the right call.

Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

I may go out and try to shoot some golfers. Good suggestion, thanks.
