I realize that this opens up a spot but Mason isnt on scholarship so it doesnt do to much of good.

But on the other hand there is the speculation about Chris Babb possibly paying his own way to the school.

Maybe speculation is a strong word. It was merely mentioned but.....

I don't think Babb is going to pay his own way.

          Is he related to Howie?

I wonder (pure speculation) if it had more to do with grades than playing. Remember his eligibility issue this season?

Either way, I thought he provided a nice 3rd option when our bigs got in foul trouble and when Gabe got hurt.

We'll have a lot more depth next season. And when he came here he talked about hoping to earn a 'ship. Maybe he saw that wasn't going to happen...

It's a good problem to have when your walk-ons are constantly leaving for paying gigs.

Former Shocker Reggie Britton had mixed success playing out of system at Ouchita Baptist this year is rumored to be transferring back to the Wichita area.

A fantastic young man......I wish him the best.

I thought that Felter did okay when he was on the court, and that he has some talent.

He proved that he can play at the collegiate level this year, and now probably has an opportunity to get on the floor more in another program. Good for him.

I thought he gave us some quality minutes and played with some toughness during some games late in the year. I believe it was a couple of games JT was in foul trouble. If we cant use him though...Thats outstanding for him to get a scholly someplace.

Best of Luck Mason!!!! and Thanks!!!
