They're referring to Tournament Champion or the automatic qualifier.

I think it's pretty lame and the catchy way the media is using to suggest that the Valley is fluky. Who the hell cares when the last tournament champion made it to the Sweet 16?

That's not what they said on the Chris Myers show. I'm pretty sure they said the last MVC team since Bird to make the Sweet 16.
