"things are not always what you think they appear to be"
Well I dont work for Coke Zero or any other major name brand...but I gotta think we can do much better than that for a catch phrase...as we exit this year and go into next year. I would hope we could have something that rolls off the tongue and past the lips a little better than that does. As catch phrases go....it doesent pass the eye test
Must admit that I wrote that without actually thinking that that was a good catch phrase, but more to make a point.
Please! Feel free to come up with that new catchy phrase!
Im sure we have someone who can do that...I wasnt complaining though by any means....
I think we need a spokes person ....like Larry Bird & all the other success stories from mid major programs....or maybe just the highlights from the bulter game will do
1/16/2010 on the "Screw at the Q" HCGM... " Ive never seen a foul parade like that...If you would of let me know it was going to be a foul parade I would of brought a different team" .... "dont talk to me about fouls....Ive got to go back and look at some tape... I have some thoughts but I need to look at the tape and then I will have something very strong to say"
After watching the game, it was painfully obvious that Len Elmore was on the Kitty Bandwagon. I do like Len, but wow, that almost sounded like KSU play-by-play audio.
Congrats to Butler for the trip back home!!!!! :yahoo: :yahoo:
Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

I think now that we have seen George Mason and now Butler advance to final fours, mowing through the proverbial powers, it is clear to me that the Sweet 16 is no longer the end game for teams from non BCS conferences. The question is. Who is going to be the first team from a non-BCS conference to win the whole damn thing?
Go Butler!

Im glad i wasnt the only one that was noticing that about elmore. But Gus Johnson was at his best as always.
I had mixed emotions about this game. The state economy could use any boost it could get, but the mid major factor makes me love Butler. In any event, whoever won this game became my favorite team.
Could we be seeing a modern day Hoosiers in the city the championship took place in the movie?
