In the CIT tournament Creighton is beating Fairfield 47-42 with 8:50 left in the game. Missouri State is beating Louisiana Tech 58-36 with 7:36 left. Northern Colorado is down15-25.
CU is now up 59-49 with 3:48 left. Looks like they finally win two games in the post season.

It's too bad that tournament wasn't set up so Creighton and Miss St could meet for the championship. An All Valley Championship game would have been kind of neat (even if it is a tournament that nobody has ever heard of and gets very little attention).Originally posted by shockball

What I liked about URI over Virginia Tech and Dayton over Illinois is that in both match-ups, the teams had very similar overall records and the non-BCSrs actually had worse conference records, yet they both won on the BCS courts.Comment
