Are you hearing that we will be a worse seed than expected? Or that the opponents are horrible (bad matchups...non-marquee...etc)? Or perhaps both? LOL

Lets hope Roy and UNC make a visit to the Roundhouse. THAT would be a big deal, even if they're having a horrible season.

UNC won't make the NIT.

It's UNC. Even if they're horrible (like this season) the NIT will do anything to get them in their tournament. UNC's 16-16 record solidified their spot in the NIT (.500 record requirement). At least that's what I think. We'll find out in 90 minutes for sure.

UNC will put a lot of butts in the seats.

Why does everyone want UNC? I think it is a lose/lose situation. Shox beat them, they beat UNC in a down year, no props for that. Shox lose, they lose to a down UNC team, further cementing the idea that the MVC is a one bid league.

Please, someone explain the upside to UNC being here.

If the valley wants any kind of rep, the number 2 team in the valley demands better than a bottom dweller, (this year) of the ACC.

Exactly. ESPN would blow it out because they love UNC and Roy. Vitale would probably show up.
