That's what the guide says. Look for a 3 or 4 seed.

UNC won't make the NIT. We'll probably get Tulsa or William & Mary

UNC won't make the NIT.

It's UNC. Even if they're horrible (like this season) the NIT will do anything to get them in their tournament. UNC's 16-16 record solidified their spot in the NIT (.500 record requirement). At least that's what I think. We'll find out in 90 minutes for sure.

I doubt it. Probably puts whoever's spot they took in the NCAA tourney as a #1 in the NIT. Rest will stay the same.
