You're going to skip the NIT home game next week?

I just think it's kind of silly to have a facebook page promoting a NCAA bid. First of all it won't even get 1000 members, more likely 100 - 200 hence supporting the fact that no one thinks we should get in and secondly if you think a page with 100…1000…or even 100,000 members is going to convince the committee that we should be in you're on crack. I just think it makes us look like we're begging and whining about it…and going to make us look even worse when it has no members.

No I won't skip an NIT game. But some even like to say here that we won't get into the NIT. I go to the games w/ my grandpa & cherish each game that I get to go w/ him. I'd like an NIT home game just to go to the game w/ my grandpa, but would rather have bigger things for the SHox.

I guess I don't see a team as deserving if they lost to Evansville, then right after that Evansville almost beat them again...let alone the losses to Drake, Creighton and Bradley. We have way too many bad losses and that's what makes us deserving of the NIT.

Agreed, but we also have some good wins. While I agree we are likely NIT bound, I just think we need to be in the discussion.
