Shocks should feel pretty good about the 6 point half time lead considering the foul trouble.

I think we can play better and will need to play better in the 2nd half.

Hopefully, JT gets it going in the 2nd half.

May come down to which team is best conditioned and can keep their legs under them the last 10 minutes.

Illinois State rarely lose when they draw more fouls. We are fouling them way too much but they are missing. We need JT in there and we HAVE to establish our inside game. The Birds want to block every shot inside. We need to go inside, do some head and shoulder fakes, and establish our inside game. They will foul us and that will open up the outside. A 6 point lead for us thanks to all of their turnovers and missed throws.

ASM is the MAN!!! Toure' is having a nice game. They are all over Hannah and bumping him. Look for #3 to overcome this in the 2nd half and so some damage. Williams had a great 7 point spurt that really sparked us. I love the energy and confidence he brings to the dance at the Lou.

Holding ISU to 24 in a half is an accomplishment. If we hold them to 24 again this half, I will be one happy Shocker.

SO glad to see Toure playing well again. The timing of his re-emergence has been impeccable.

Lots of fouls, but nobody has more than two. We are in good shape. Let's come out and start the half hot and get back to the finals for the first time in way too long.
