hahaha!! Bill is quickly becoming legendary like speedo guy at Duke. I'm worried about what he might do next. I believe he was sober when he dressed up like cupid let's hope he doesn't show up drunk off his backside sometime. It might not be pretty..... not that that was pretty or anything.
