Does this site have an ignore option for selected posters?

Ignore functions on boards do not do any posters a favor. Why? Because you only get part of a discussion on a subject. Because your answering posts may be out of context to the whole discussion because you ignored certain posters.

And most posters are just TOO CURIOUS to ignore a poster(s). Something to do with the 'getting the last word' thing.

I have been considering an "ignore function" on that FSF character!!! He used to be my favorite poster. However, he is such an eternal Shocker optimist, a man of few words, and seems to speak in the 3rd person!!! Yikes!!! ahahahahha!!!

Actually, the fact that we have such a mixture of very different posters with contrasting perspectives, makes it all quite entertaining to me. What would we do without the likes of Tyrone Shoelace and his invention of the crossover Double-Dribble, ShockRef and the Sub on rules and guidelines when the refs irritate us, the Good Doc who prescibes the needed scripts including decaf for FSF, The Trop and SubGod22 on potential recruits, KCShox and his 'devil advocate ways' but yet he sticks right with us like super-glue, RoyalShock, Ricardo Del Rio, Aargh, and the MadHatter to keep us in tune with the facts and sensible logic, AZ Shocker for the notorious 11-11-11 Trivia Thread, Rosewood to call-out TV rock star sports announcers, and the state of the stale nachos syndrome, ShockerFever to defend this Board and body-slam the unwanted, persnickety or rude outsiders that come knocking but welcomes the respectful visitors, and WstateU who has been in the stands at 21st and Hillside since before dirt was invented and his funny posts, and a prediction for a Shock win at 66-65 for KCShocker11, and that Mulligan for starting the Orukpe thread that has 2278 replies and 145,134 views and still growing, and I could go on forever-and ever but I won't because FSF is a man of few words. One thing about it, I am glad we have a 'smorgasbord mix' and not a bunch of 'dead-beats clones' that all think alike. Even so, I just KNOW GarH was not referring to me??????? :shock: :D :good:

Just ignore what they post. It's not too difficult and I'm enjoying getting thru some threads faster by skipping over posts made by some individuals. And some threads are easily ignored because of the same thing

Apologies that your thread has not received more hits. One can only assume that you are perhaps headlining some such lists, what with your history of disparaging remarks towards Kansas and the city of Wichita.
