My powers of prediction have faded. But here is how I see it. WSU comes out a little sluggish with a hangover from the UNI loss. WSU has a 5 point halftime lead. With about 12 minutes left in the game WSU opens up a comfortable 16 point lead. In the last 5 minutes ISU closes to within 9.
WSU 71
ISU 62
Marge: The plant called and said that if you don't come in tomorrow, don't bother coming in Monday.
Homer: WOOHOO! Four day weekend.
I don't expect this to be one of the better games this season for people in the stands. I doubt the crowd or the players will really get into the game. If that happens it will be because the game will never really be "interesting".
There will be some dunks, some breakaways, and some other plays that the crowd will love, but I think it's going to be fairly one-sided for most of the game with not much to get excited about.
82 - 68 and only that close because of liberal substitutions by Marshall.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades. We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.
I predict that I'm going to enjoy the game watching it in Koch Arean. I haven't been since the renovation and am very stoked about going!
Shox - Alot
Tress - Not so much
Get there early... check out the new concourse, gift shop and HOF. Also, make sure and and look in the Preferred Health Systems practice gym (ask the SASO door attendant if you can walk behind the curtain to see the graphics) and report back to us. Most of all, enjoy the game.
