UNI vs. Indiana ST.

Were still wanting uni to lose today right? If they lose were only 1/2 game behind them. Or do we want them to keep winning and represent the valley.

We should be cheering for UNI to lose. As improbable as it may be, I'd still love a Valley Regular Season Championship.

Bad NEWS FOR UNI- Kwadzo Ahelegbe just hurt his knee, and left the game!

Just a few thoughts:

1. Except for 2004, every regular season MVC champion had at least 3-4 losses.

2. UNI was 11-1 last year before they had a streak lost 3 of 4 conference games. It is the MVC and anything can happen.

3. WSU at-large possibilities of being considered are not dead yet (maybe on life support), but not dead. If they only lose 1 more game this season their RPI will be in the mid-30's. That does not account for the effects of bracket buster which may enhance or hurt WSU chances.

4. Only thing yesterday loss means is it adds "L" to their record and WSU margin of error is smaller. But with 10 regular season games there is still a lot that can happen.

Harry Marshall must have watched the train wreck yesterday on MVC TV... 2 points at the half and he's pitching bricks in front of MAYBE 500 people. The MVC should NEVER televise another game at TH... embarrassing would be an understatement.

We have no shot at an at-large. No way in hell so we might as well root for Indiana State because it doesn't matter if UNI is a quality win or not. It's all moot anyways because UNI is gonna smother them.
