Yes they deserve it because they have earned it, and until someone beats them they will continue to deserve it. Now, whether they have really been tested yet is still up in the air. Lets hope that tomorrow night, the Shox really give them a good test.

Wichita, Kan., Tuesday: The Shockers are two games back of Northern Iowa in the MVC. If Wichita wants any shot at taking out the Panthers, they must win this game. For those who have never been to Wichita, this is one of the more underrated venues. This atmosphere should be as good as any other on this night.

Apparenlty due to the fog in Iowa UNI bused to Des Moines to catch a plane but the fog wouldn't let them take off their either, so they are driving all night to get to WSU

I wonder if knocking off two ranked teams (at the time) gives us enough cred with the selection commitee for at large consideration if we get to say 23 or 24 wins?

If both of those teams stay ranked in the top 35-50 of the RPI it most definitely could.
